• TestAmplify reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are available as Monthly, 6-Month, and Yearly Plans.
• Payments are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Failure to renew will result in access loss.
• Users can cancel their subscription anytime through their account settings.

6. Refund Policy

• Monthly Subscription: Full refund if canceled within 7 days of the subscription date.
• 6-Month Subscription: Full refund if canceled within 14 days. After 30 days, only a 50% refund will be issued. Any cancellation after the halfway mark of the subscription term will result in a prorated refund without considering the 15% OFF discount applied to the plan.
• Yearly Subscription: Full refund if canceled within 30 days. After 30 days, only a 50% refund will be issued. Any cancellation after the halfway mark of the subscription term will result in a prorated refund without considering the 30% OFF discount applied to the plan.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

• All materials on TestAmplify are owned by TestAmplify or its licensors.
• Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell course materials without permission.
• User-generated content must comply with Section 8.

8. User-Generated Content Policy

• Users may post reviews, feedback, and contributions.
• Content must be positive and constructive.
• No profanity, harassment, explicit, or pornographic materials are allowed.
• TestAmplify reserves the right to remove any content that violates these policies.

9. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Users must not:

• Engage in hacking, phishing, or security breaches.
• Use automated scripts to scrape data.
• Distribute malware or harmful software.
• Misuse AI-powered tools for malicious purposes.
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

10. Service Availability & Maintenance

TestAmplify strives to provide a reliable learning experience but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Users acknowledge that downtime may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance.
• Technical issues or cyberattacks.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

TestAmplify is not liable for any loss incurred due to temporary service disruptions.

11. AI & Automation-Specific Clauses

TestAmplify's AI features serve as a learning assistant, not a replacement for human judgment.

AI-generated solutions are provided as-is, and users should verify accuracy before applying them.

Users must not:

• Use AI tools for unethical, illegal, or harmful activities.
• Rely solely on AI responses for professional or mission-critical decisions.

12. Educational Use & Certification Disclaimer

• TestAmplify provides educational content and training but does not guarantee job placement or professional success.
• Certifications issued by TestAmplify are not accredited unless explicitly stated.
• Users must meet all certification requirements to receive credentials.

13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• TestAmplify does not guarantee specific outcomes from using its training materials.
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties.
• We are not liable for technical issues, service disruptions, or user errors.

14. Account Termination

TestAmplify may terminate accounts for:

• Violating our content policies.
• Engaging in illegal activities.
• Non-payment of subscriptions.

Terminated accounts will not be refunded.

15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Mediation is encouraged before legal action.
• Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration under a recognized arbitration authority.
• Users waive the right to class-action lawsuits.
• Governing law: Global, with disputes handled in a neutral jurisdiction.
